Saigontourist Transport Corporation has just successfully organized the annual shareholders meeting in 2009 also approved a plan to increase Company chartered capital preparing for listing on stock market.

The Shareholder meeting of Saigontourist Transport Corporation elected the Management Board and the Control Board in the new term 2010-2015 including Mr. Nguyen Huu Tho, Chairman; Mr. Dinh Quang Hien, Vice Chairman concurrently General Director, the Members : Mr. Nguyen Hong Son, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Phuong, Mr. Nguyen Kim Trung. The Control Board consists of Mr. Duong Hong Minh at the head of leader and other members of Ms. Thai Hong Van, Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhut
